For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico we offer USPS (Priority), 2 Day and 1 Day shipping services. Orders $50 and over will be shipped free of charge with USPS Priority. We regret that we are unable to ship restricted items to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.


If you are shipping to a U.S. P.O. Box, we offer USPS Priority free on orders $50 and over. If your shipment contains restricted items, you must use USPS Ground (Parcel Post).

APO/FPO/DPO Military Address
All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

Certain items considered hazardous materials include aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted and required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. For these shipments, we recommend Ground at $5.95 if orders are under $50. For P.O. Box addresses, USPS Group (Parcel Post) is the only shipping method available. Regrettably, these items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.


All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. For Standard 3 Day shipping, 2 Day and 1 Day Shipping: orders must be placed by 12pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day otherwise it will be processed the next day.

To better service our clients, we use merchandise inventory from all our Sephora warehouses across the country. You will receive multiple shipments when your order is being fulfilled by multiple warehouse locations. Multiple shipments are only available for U.S. orders, excluding PLAY! by SEPHORA orders. Multiple shipments are not available on orders placed at Sephora inside JCPenny, in Canada or internationally. You will receive notification via email when your order is being split into multiple shipments. There is no additional shipping fee when your order is split into multiple shipments.


When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been paced. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail.
